There is no project that can not be improved. The clues are everywhere - overrunning the budget, taking too long to complete, not having the desired performance or using suboptimal technologies, just to mention a few. With legacy software, there is the question of whether to improve it or rewrite it from the ground up.
If you are looking for somebody who works 16 hours a day and writes kilometers of code (and charges you for it), then I am probably not the right person.
I believe in a thoughtful approach that combines experience, writes less code, reduces waste and values feedback. Agile techniques enable me to deliver better, faster and exactly what is needed.
